Our Villas are only 3 years old and are located near Varaždin and Ludbreg, in the village of Rivalno. They cover an area of about 10,000m2 and consist of 5 houses. There are 2 apartments in one house, and 2 more residential houses. We still have a house with a spa center and a house for celebrations and entertainment. The capacity of our Villas is 14+6 people. The houses are modernly equipped and contain everything you need for a carefree vacation in nature.
The spa center features a jacuzzi and Finnish sauna. There is also a 60m2 outdoor pool that provides a special atmosphere in the summer months.
We are constantly working on additional amenities that we would like to provide you with so that everyone can find their own satisfaction during their vacation, and we also offer you a party room with a pool table, darts and a PlayStation. We also offer you the possibility of renting bicycles and electric scooters with which you can tour the hills and enjoy the view of the entire northern Croatia and neighboring countries. In order to allow your youngest ones to enjoy their vacation carefree, there is also a large meadow with a children's playground equipped with a sandbox, slide, houses and various swings. In addition, there is a small football field and a large meadow suitable for various forms of entertainment.
